How to control the color difference of plastic mold products?

Color difference is a common quality issue in the injection molding process, and the influencing factors of color difference are complex, covering multiple aspects such as raw material resin, color masterbatch (or color powder), mixing effect of color masterbatch and raw materials, injection molding process, injection molding machine performance, and mold condition. 1. Optimize the design and maintenance of joint research molds:
Choose and design a reasonable joint research mold to ensure the design of key parts such as the pouring system and exhaust groove is reasonable, and to reduce color differences caused by mold problems. Regularly maintain the mold, inspect and repair defects that may affect color uniformity, such as wear and tear, dirt accumulation, etc., to ensure the best condition of the mold and reduce the possibility of color difference.

2. Eliminating the influence of injection molding machines and mold factors:
