1, Preparation before startup

2. Regular inspection and refueling: According to the recommendation of Heyan Technology, the swing arm can be refueled every 3-4 days, while the large and small chains of the heating machine should be inspected and refueled once a month. At the same time, it is necessary to regularly check the oil level of the main reducer and the heating machine reducer. The main engine bearings can be oiled every three months to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.
2, Pre production inspection

1. Component Tightness: Before production, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the fastening of all moving parts to ensure that the screws are not loose or falling off, especially the transmission parts with strong impact force, which need special attention.
2. Resource supply inspection: Confirm whether high-pressure gas source, low-pressure gas source, power source, water source, etc. are supplied normally to provide stable environmental conditions for production.
3. Safety device inspection: Check the effectiveness of safety devices such as emergency stop switches, safety door switches, and protection device detection switches one by one to ensure quick response in emergency situations.
4. Heating head and embryo inspection: Check the working status of the heating head in and out of the embryo to ensure smooth conveying of the embryo; At the same time, check whether the lamp tube is intact and replace damaged or broken lamps in a timely manner.
3, Monitoring and maintenance during the production process

1. Pneumatic component inspection: Regularly check the sealing and sensitivity of pneumatic components to prevent air leakage from affecting production.
2. Maintenance of triple valve body and solenoid valve: Pay attention to the leakage and blockage of the triple valve body and clean it in a timely manner; The solenoid valve needs to be cleaned once every 500000 bottle blows to maintain its stable performance.
3. Mold cleaning: Blow molding molds need to be regularly cleaned and washed to prevent impurities from accumulating and affecting product quality.
4. Safe operation: When opening the high and low pressure gas sources, the operation should be slow to prevent dirt from blowing into the solenoid valve; At the same time, before starting the machine, confirm that there are no foreign objects in the mechanical parts and close the safety door.
5. Start the heating machine in sequence: Start the heating machine first, then lower the preform to ensure that the oven temperature rises evenly and avoid temperature fluctuations affecting product formation.
6. Production safety: Blowers must strictly comply with safety regulations when placing and taking bottles, and are strictly prohibited from reaching their hands into the mold. Press the emergency stop button immediately in case of an emergency.
7. Abnormal monitoring: During the operation of the machine, close attention should be paid to abnormal noise. Once detected, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection to prevent the fault from expanding.
4, Maintenance and upkeep

1. Observing bottle quality: After the machine is running normally, the operator needs to continuously observe the bottle quality and adjust production parameters in a timely manner to cope with external factors such as voltage fluctuations.
2. Safety maintenance: When performing machine maintenance, please press the fault maintenance button on the touch screen to ensure the safety of the maintenance process. When manually observing the movement of individual mold cavities, it is necessary to clarify the functions of each button to avoid accidental operation.
