Injection system
The function of injection system: The injection system is one of the most important components of injection molding machines, generally consisting of three main forms: plunger type, screw type, and screw pre molded plunger injection type. The most widely used is the screw type. Its function is to heat and plasticize a certain amount of plastic within a specified time in a cycle of the injection molding machine, and inject the molten plastic into the mold cavity through a screw under a certain pressure and speed. After the injection is completed, maintain the shape of the molten material injected into the mold cavity. As shown in Figure 1
Composition of injection system: The injection system consists of a plasticizing device and a power transmission device.
The plasticizing device of a screw injection molding machine mainly consists of a feeding device, a material barrel, a screw, a glue component, and a nozzle part. The power transmission device includes an injection cylinder, an injection seat moving cylinder, and a screw driving device (glue motor).
Mold closing system
The function of the clamping system: The clamping system ensures the closure, opening, and ejection of the mold. At the same time, after the mold is closed, sufficient locking force is supplied to the mold to resist the pressure generated by the molten plastic entering the mold cavity, preventing the mold from opening and causing poor product quality.
Composition of the mold closing system: The mold closing system mainly consists of a mold closing device, a machine twist, a mold adjusting mechanism, a ejection mechanism, a front and rear fixed template, a moving template, a mold closing oil cylinder, and a safety protection mechanism.
hydraulic system
The function of the hydraulic transmission system is to provide power for various actions required by the process of the injection molding machine, and to meet the requirements of pressure, speed, temperature, etc. required for each part of the injection molding machine. It is mainly composed of various hydraulic components and hydraulic auxiliary components, among which the oil pump and motor are the power sources of the injection molding machine. Various valves control the oil pressure and flow rate to meet the requirements of the injection molding process.
electric control
The reasonable cooperation between the electrical control system and the hydraulic system can achieve the process requirements (pressure, temperature, speed, time) and various program actions of the injection machine. It mainly consists of electrical appliances, electronic components, instruments (as shown in the diagram "Instruments"), heaters, sensors, etc. There are generally four control methods, manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic, and adjustment.
